1111 S. Wabash offers free parking

Condominium sales have passed the 80 percent mark at 1111 S. Wabash, a 34-story highrise underway in the South Loop. Only 50 units remain in the 247-unit building by the Gammonley Group, and as a special incentive, the developer is offering one free parking spot, valued at $35,000, with each.
“Design coordinator John Diluio has been meeting with buyers to help them choose their options and upgrades,” said Richard Gammonley, vice president of the Gammonley Group, which is based in La Grange.

McHugh Construction Company is nearing the end of construction, and the first occupancies started in December.

All of the development’s one-bedroom condominiums have been sold, said Audra Hall, sales manager for New West Realty, sales agent for the building, but a variety of other units, including convertibles, two-bedrooms and three-bedrooms remain.

Prices start in the $210s for convertibles, in the $320s for two-bedrooms and in the $530s for three-bedrooms. A four-bedroom, 3.5-bath penthouse is available for $1.6 million. It includes two free parking spaces and $100,000 in free upgrades.

The building includes a business center, retail, a dry cleaner, a rooftop swimming pool, a fitness center, a hospitality room with a kitchen, a spa and a roof terrace.
