1345 Wabash raises the bar on South Loop style

by sponsored post on 5/16/14

CMK has always been known for developing architecturally-distinctive buildings that enliven their surroundings.

At 1345 Wabash, CMK is setting a new standard for interior finishes and attracting a style-conscious buyer who also wants a strong location and value pricing.

1345′s finishes will include brands typically found in pricier homes: Florense cabinetry, Duravit floating vanities, Grohe fixtures, TOTO toilets and TransCeramica architectural tile.

1345 Wabash is the first new-construction condominium in the South Loop in years. One-bedroom condos are pre-completion priced from $219,900 and two-bedrooms from $289,900. Floor plans, detailed specifications and more information can be found at the 1345 Wabash website. The cost of owning a one- or two-bedroom at 1345 Wabash compares favorably with renting a comparable unit. A sales center is open at 1620 S Michigan Ave.
