Last week, CA23, a 3-building, 24-unit condominium community in the West Loop hosted a grand re-opening party, with a Mexican summer theme.
Our host was Zev Salomon from Belgravia Group, who took over the project less than 60 days ago and currently has 5 of the 11 remaining units under contract. At 30% below original sales prices, and judging by the unique styling of the units, that’s no surprise. Private elevator entrances, 11-foot ceilings, European-style kitchens and curved hallways are just a few of the distinct features. Not to mention the outdoor space – truly unique in a condominium.
