We first wrote about the 12-unit development at 755 North Paulina back in December of 2008 and January of 2009, noting that construction was complete but little information was available. A 2-bedroom, 2-bath unit was listed at the time in the $470s.
Three units at the project just had $40,000 price reductions. Unit 3E was priced at $389,900 in April of 2010, reduced to $359,900 in August of 2010, and just reduced again to $319,900, parking included.
