We figured it was time to pay another visit to Chase Park Commons, a development of 42 condos located in seven six flats at 4717 N Clark St. Homes have three bedrooms, two baths, maple cabinets, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and Grohe faucets. But Yo’s truly thinks the main attraction is just across the street – Chase Park, which has running fields, baseball facilities, tennis courts and a playground area.
