An affiliate of Belgravia Group recently acquired the unsold units at 433 W Briar Pl in Lake View, and has started a sales program and a makeover of the building’s common areas. After taking over, the group reduced prices substantially — two-bedrooms are now being offered from the $330s, and three-bedrooms from the $500s.
