One or two condos sell every week at 600 Lake Shore Drive, and the project is fast approaching closeout, says Royal Fisher, one of Belgravia Group’s sales consultants for the two-tower development. Earlier this week, I met Royal at a holiday-themed brokers open house in one of 600 Lake Shore’s three-bedroom models, and asked for an update on availability. Six of seven units similar to the one we were in are still for sale in the south tower, including at least one that still has options for customization.
Belgravia’s website currently features two of these three-bedrooms on its list of immediately available homes: a 2,124 square-foot unit priced at $1.19 million, and a 2,547 square-foot unit priced at $1.65 million.
