Yesterday I paid a visit to the sales trailer outside 757 Orleans @ Chicago to find out whether the building’s new models were still on track to opening this month. I arrived just in time to catch Gammonley Group sales consultant Dana Berke and a few workers gutting the trailer, in preparation for a move into the 22-story condo building at 757 N Orleans St in River North.
Berke says the building’s models should be staged and ready for viewing within a couple weeks. We’ve watched the building from our window for far too long, so be assured that we’ll jump on the first opportunity to get inside, take a look around, and bring back some pictures or videos for your enjoyment.
Sales in the 198-unit building have been stuck at the 55-percent mark for months. Will that change once buyers can get inside and tour the building from top to bottom?
