From Burnham Pointe’s leasing center on the tower’s 7th floor, it was an easy walk through the hallway to amenities like an outdoor terrace, fitness room, community room, indoor pool, and computer lab. As I said last week, construction on the tower at 730 S Clark St in the South Loop had progressed so far by the time it became a rental project that many elements of its condo design, such as the sizes and finishes of its homes and its various common spaces, were already in place.
