A video tour of Echelon at K Station

During our visit to Echelon at K Station on Wednesday Joe and I were able to shoot some video of the lounge area in the entrance of the building, as well as studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom units and the public park on the property.

The building is the first phase of the K Station development, the second being the Alta at K Station towers, which you’ll notice are well underway next door.

Some of the things that stood out about this development were the carpeting in every room (often times a rarity for new construction high-rises in the city), the granite countertops and the stainless steel appliances. The views from the southeast are pretty stellar as well.

According to Gail May, regional property manager for Lincoln Property Company, the building is 92 percent leased.
