Yesterday morning I headed to the Conference Center at Navy Pier for a look at the Chicagoland Cooperator‘s Condo HOA and Co-op Expo.
Years ago I ran half a dozen home shows in Chicago and know how difficult it is to draw a crowd and have a successful show the first time out. This show was very well-attended, and the more than 100 exhibitors were busy engaging several thousand condo, homeowners’ association and co-op directors.
My time was limited so I was able to chat with only a few of the exhibitors.
