By the end of August Coldwell Banker’s Jennifer Ames‘ sales for the year passed the $100 million mark. That’s a milestone rarely achieved by a Chicago agent, and even more rare among agents who work on individual transactions rather than developments.
I recently sat down for a chat with Jenny about how she’s achieved that success, and how she handles it. I heard a few things that surprised me – including the extreme scarcity of townhomes for sale in Lincoln Park. I was shocked to learn that Jenny does her own photography – an aspect of her extensive marketing program that’s received much positive commentary.
