The 3-bedroom, bath-and-a-half home at 2015 S Washington Ave drew a crowd at its first open house last weekend. It’s unusual to see a completely remodeled home in Park Ridge for under $300,000.
At one point, according to Sergio & Banks‘ Izabela Sloma, there were 45 people in the home, which quickly went under contract and is in contingent status.
