Construction at Circa 922, the new 11-story, 104-unit apartment community in the West Loop, is on track for mid-January occupancies. Renters can also take advantage of the building’s staged delivery schedule to sign a lease now and lock in a move-in date as late as April, 2015.
Circa 922 is currently offering hardhat tours of the building and select apartments.
The third-floor 1-bedroom apartment pictured above was shot on one of yesterday’s tours. The unit has hardwood floors, high ceilings, large windows, and a nicely-appointed kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a gas range, a built-in microwave, quartz countertops and track and pendant lighting. Closet space is generous and there’s an in-unit washer / dryer. The apartment has good separation between the bedroom and the living areas.
One of the unit’s more attractive features is walk-out access to a private terrace and the pool deck and dog area.
