Joe Zekas recently toured the Misty Ridge community in Romeoville with Jon Krueger of Beechen & Dill and came away sounding impressed with the designs of Beechen & Dill’s custom-built single-family homes. In this video, Joe and Jon look at a new Aspen model, a 2,483 square-foot home with three or four bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and an open, flexible floor plan that “can connect and keep the family together,” as Jon says.
