I noticed this new rendering for the recently-rebranded Park Kingsbury Luxury Lofts on Jameson Real Estate’s Web site this morning, and even though I walk past this place twice each day, it was difficult for me to imagine. Located at 678 N Kingsbury St, the development is just a couple of blocks west of the Yo office on Erie, so I stretched my legs and snapped a few photos.

It looks like more construction work will take place than I had expected. Judging from the aerial view of that ramp (at right), you can cast aside any doubts about wheelchair accessibility.

As Joe mentioned in a recent post, Park Kingsbury’s 27 units are priced from the $470s to $1.57 million. Just for fun, here’s a look at an older rendering, along with a photo of the building from the corner of Huron and Kingsbury streets.
