Halsted Flats, the new 15-story luxury apartment tower at 3740 N Halsted in Lakeview East, is nearing completion and prepping for occupancy beginning in mid-march 2014. The building is generating a lot of buzz as the first new rental high-rise in Lakeview in decades.
