Parc Huron, built in 2010, has a colorful “aqua center” with a pool, waterfall, sauna and steam rooms, and lounging areas.
River North’s west77, which was built in 1988, has had a recent makeover of its amenities. The indoor pool opens to a spacious rooftop sundeck with gas grills, tables and seating areas.
100 West Chestnut dates to 1983. There’s a whirlpool adjacent to the pool.

Eight Fifty Lake Shore Drive was built as a private club in the 1920s and converted to apartments in 2014.
Optima welcomed its first residents in 2013. The pool and whirlpool are adjacent to a south-facing outdoor terrace.
Cityfront Place, built in 1991, has a sundeck with river views adjacent to the pool.
420 East Ohio opened in 1990. The building has a skylit indoor pool adjacent to a sundeck.
Axis was built in 1986. The skylit pool is adjacent to the fitness center.
The amenities at McClurg Court, which was built in 1971, have been recently updated. Three walls of floor-to-ceiling windows wrap around the pool and whirlpool and look out onto the sprawling sundeck.
