That’s what a furnished living room looks like at Magellan Development‘s Benton Place Parkhomes. Interior designer Robert Pope, who designed the interiors at Aqua, put together a couple of models for these new townhomes on Lakeshore East‘s southeast corner. A gallery of images from inside and around the units is available on Magellan’s website.
The Benton Place Parkhomes, designed by Loewenberg Architects and the San Jose-based Steinberg Group, range in size from 2,400 to 4,000 square feet of living space and feature rooftop terraces, balconies, private elevators, and attached garages. The homes start at $1.2 million.
