A make-over for vacant West Loop condo floors

More than 10 years after the start of construction, the 13-story, 63-unit condo building at 720 W Randolph St in the West Loop may be finally nearing completion.

FitzGerald Associates Architects has been retained to design seven units in the top two floors, which are currently vacant. According to a brief note at FitzGerald’s website, the “penthouse units range from two-bed, two-bath single-floor condominiums to three-bed, 3.5-bath duplexes with a den. Most of the units feature outdoor terraces, and all will include high-end finishes and spacious floor plans.”

If expressway access is a priority for you, it’s hard to beat this location. The units haven’t yet been listed for sale, however.

The condo make-over is one of three new projects recently announced by FitzGerald Associates.
