The Village of Hinsdale has long been a west-suburban destination of choice for many of metro Chicago’s affluent and aspiring-to-affluence residents.
The draws: a charming, small town atmosphere, a walkable downtown with interesting shops and restaurants, great schools, beautiful new and old homes, an involved community, convenient expressway access – and a Metra ride to downtown Union Station that’s as short as 25 minutes. If you’re more familiar with the North Shore, you can think of Hinsdale as West Winnetka.
