One of the final pieces of the years-long reconstruction of Congress Parkway and Wacker Drive is nearing completion. It’s a 3-acre neighborhood park that provides a verdant gateway into the city at the western end of Congress Parkway.
The park’s completion will add a great amenity to the Ralph Johnson-designed new condo tower at 235 Van Buren. The park is immediately adjacent to the building and includes a dog run and access to the river.
