A particularly poopy park

Montgomery Ward Park is just west of our River North offices, and I’ve visited there frequently. It’s a popular spot in a park-poor neighborhood. And, according to a local dog owner intervewed at DNAinfo, its entrance is “particularly poopy … people just walk in there, let their dogs go. Nobody walks further than the closest park, ever.”

I’ve seen dog owners behaving badly all over Chicago, but would award top rank in serial soiling and surly attitudes about it to the River North crowd. Anyone want to name a contending neighborhood?
