You don’t have to look very hard to find buildings that offer panoramic views of Grant Park, Millennium Park and the Museum Campus – they’re abundant.
If you want a full-floor penthouse to go with those views, your options narrow considerably. If you want to add three large outdoor terraces from which to revel in the views, I’m aware of only one unit that offers them: a 3-bedroom, 2 ½ bath unit atop 888 S Michigan Ave, priced at $2,350,000.
