  • This is a nice home with tons of space in the lower level for those with budgets under $300K. However, someone with a $325K to $350K budget, that wants a big home for that money, can renovate the lower level and ad a ton of value. They should see this.

    The home would be about 2000 sq/ft with three bedrooms, two baths, parking, deck and great location on Winnemac Park (active folks, parents, dog owners etc…really love the park). You can walk to Western or Damen Brown lines in 10-15 mins (when stopping for coffee), or take the many bus runs to your location or the train. Metra stop at Ravenswood and Lawrence is close by and gets downtown in 15 mins.

    I’ve personally sold my own home on the east side of the park that was a finished out 3 bedroom, 2 bath gut rehabbed duplex down with parking for about $350K last year. Someone could have a similar home here “all in” and with their custom finishes for around $325,000. I have the contractors to do it!
