Foundation work has begun on the first phase of the 150 apartments that are part of the new Ravenswood Station development at Lawrence and Ravenswood, adjacent to the Metra stop.
The exterior of the building on Lawrence that will house a new Mariano’s, an LA Fitness and a Sears Auto Center is nearly complete. You can see its rapid progress since my last visit in March in the background of the above photo.
