A renovated one-bedroom at the Marlborough in Lincoln Park

by sponsored post on 10/17/12

The Marlborough, 400 W Deming Place in Lincoln Park, is a vintage building dating to 1912 and known for its great location. Lincoln Park’s North Pond is just across the street and residents have close access to a number of public bus lines, boutique shops, and restaurants.

Nicholas Apostal from the Apostal Group of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage is our tour guide for Unit #2G, a large 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo on the 2nd floor of The Marlborough. It’s listed at $199,900.

This unit has been completely rehabbed without sacrificing Parisian-style vintage details. The upgraded kitchen includes cherry cabinets, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and a mosaic glass tile back splash. Assessments include heat, water, and cable.

wrong … it was converted to condos in the 1980s. My Grandfather was the property manager before and after the transition.

You’re correct. The condo declaration was filed in August of 1983.
