One of the apparent drug buys Muhammed captured on video was by a Chicago police officer in his personal vehicle:
Muhammed lives at Van Buren and Kilbourn in West Garfield Park, across the street from an open-air drug market. He’s doing what he can to put a stop to the drug dealing.
I live here and I’m going to defend this at all costs … I know I’m putting my life on the line, but somebody has to do this.
I’ve visited West Garfield Park several times during the past six months, and each time have observed several thriving drug marts.
