In this final video from inside Superior 110 in River North, @properties agent Greg Eldridge and Joe Zekas look at a furnished model in unit 1603. Eldridge says that they northwest side of the building wouldn’t normally be considered the premier views, but because all of the homes in that tier feature a three-sided glass living room, it has been one of the building’s most popular.
Eldridge also addresses the walkaway rate in Superior 110, acknowledging that, like most new high-rises, several buyers have been unable to close on condos, but he says the walkaway rate is probably lower than other buildings that attract a lot of investors.
