A "Total Buyers Program" for new townhomes

In an attempt to expedite the sales process at its Hartland Park II and Union Row townhome developments, Belgravia Group recently unveiled a “Total Buyers Program,” in which the developer will help potential buyers sell or lease out their existing homes, allowing them to move quickly toward closing on their new units. Belgravia marketing director Carmen Krushas talked to us last week about this program and gave us an update on both townhome developments.
