Last week I met up with Nicholas Apostal of Coldwell Banker and The Apostal Group at The Pointe at Lincoln Park, the development where we first met him in November 2010, to look around 2039-E N Lincoln Ave, a 1,500 square-foot, two-bedroom / 2.5-bath townhome he has listed for $499,900.
