A two-day YoChicago itinerary

I’m fortunate to spend many of my days in beautiful environments all around Chicago and its suburbs.

My day yesterday began with Pat Cohen in a unit on the 91st floor of the Hancock. The view was great despite the haze and windows that were awaiting their next washing. It was fun hashing over old times with Pat, a 42-year veteran of living in the Hancock, who I hadn’t seen in 20 years.

By mid-day I’d moved on to Bucktown, passing Café con Leche on my way to meeting Melissa Govedarica at 2215-23 W Wabansia, another sold-out Noah Properties development. I’d previously shot video at this property during construction, and at a completed duplex unit. Melissa and I shot a video tour of a single-floor unit to illustrate similar condos that Noah will begin building shortly in Ukrainian Village.

In the late afternoon Meladee Hughes and one of the owners guided me through a serene, art-filled 3,700 square foot co-op at 232 E Walton.

Today you’ll find me in North Center with Eric Rojas at 1958 W Byron and Beata Gaska at 2435 W Belmont, another sold-out Noah Properties development. My final stop is a brokers open house co-hosted by Maureen Mohling and Julie Deutsch on Winnetka’s lakefront at 175 Sheridan Rd.

Video from these six properties will be available soon.
