Does anyone know what is under construction on the 800 block of Addison, just west of the police station? Looks pretty big. Also does anyone know why the Loop Kennedy exit ramps are closed? Or I guess what the construction is supposed to accomplish? They all seem to be in good shape. I know its a stimulus project, but it seems like there is no work to be done there.
