Touring two models at 757 Orleans @ Chicago

Joe and I toured two model units at 757 Orleans @ Chicago in River North yesterday: a 790 square-foot studio and a 890 square-foot one-bedroom / one-bath. Studios start in the $240s, and one-bedrooms begin in the $360s.

Since the high-rise is positioned amidst lower-profile loft buildings, the views of River North from its homes are exceptional, especially to the south.

As we reported yesterday, Gammonley Group is offering a lease-to-own option for all remaining units in the building.
