You got a peek of Kim Hamilton’s view of Chicago during our first segment from her SoNo condo. The last video from my recent trip to SoNo comes from Kim’s east-facing balcony, and gives you an idea of how the city looks from the tower’s 23rd floor on a warm August evening.
As of last month, 21 of these 1,436 square-foot, southeast-corner condos had closed at prices ranging from $445,000 to $632,500, or about $350 per square foot; 18 northeast-corner condos, also with 1,436 square feet and featuring similar east-facing balconies, closed from $404,000 to $577,500. No southeastern units are currently listed for sale, but one of the lower northeastern homes, unit #806, is listed for $449,900.
