Five years ago today we announced the opening of a sales center and model for Eco18, a 12-story condo tower that would be seeking LEED Gold Certification from the U.S. Green Building Council.
A few days later we reported that 28 of the project’s 93 units were reserved during its first weekend of sales.
A few years later we posted that the site for the then-defunct project was for sale for $5.5 million. It eventually sold for $2.3 million, and remains undeveloped.
