New Homes cover stories

Front cover

Back cover

New Homes Magazine's front and back covers offer the best print exposure available in Chicago media. Each front cover includes a full-page 4-color photo of your development's model interior identified by a bold headline and a smaller tag. Inside the magazine, your project is featured in an in-depth cover story with additional photos or renderings, and the development is promoted online at YoChicago.com.

The back cover includes a full-page 4-color ad on the back cover of the magazine - the most prominent ad position - and an in-depth feature story on the designated development inside New Homes. The featured back cover project also is promoted online at YoChicago.com

New Homes covers are reserved for major developments with photographs of finished models only. No renderings will be used on covers. Architectural photographer Wayne Cable (312-226-0303) photographs our covers at a discounted price for New Homes clients. Advertisers may hire another professional photographer, but all photos are subject to approval by New Homes. Advertisers who do not submit high-quality professionally shot cover images by the deadline will lose their cover reservation.

No project may appear more than one time on a New Homes cover during the year. Cover must be reserved 3 weeks prior to materials deadline and photograph must be submitted 2 weeks prior to materials deadline. Submit cover image as a high resolution digital image (no less than 2,800 pixels in height). Additional shots are required for inside story. No renderings will be used on the cover.
