Yesterday I trucked down to Prairie Pointe, 1600 S Prairie Ave, for one of Inland Real Estate’s pre-auction open houses. On Sunday, March 14, Inland will auction off the last 13 units in Gammonley Group’s 25-story high-rise. All but one of those homes has a minimum bid set from the $180s to $290s; a raw penthouse is being sold at reserve, with an opening bid in the $890s.

As I was waiting for Inland to open these homes for viewing, I shot some stills and video of the views from unit #1203, a north-facing one-bedroom with 1,443 square feet and a minimum bid amount set at $295,000. From there, you have unobstructed views of the lake, a clear view of Soldier Field, and a good look at the completed One Museum Park West.

Check back later this week for more video from inside and outside Prairie Pointe.
