Bridging the two towers of the new Alta at K Station, 555 W Kinzie St, is a seven-story parking deck topped by a large sundeck and a full floor of amenities called K2. Yesterday afternoon I met leasing consultant Matt Hawkins and K2 concierge Christine Klein at Alta’s leasing center and went on a tour of the development, starting at the center of K2.
In this first segment from our walk-through, we check out a cyber-cafe bounded on both sides by fully-stocked fitness rooms, then walk outside onto the sundeck, where crews are putting the finishing touches on private cabanas and a grilling station and preparing to fill the deck’s large outdoor pool.
