New projects are still being launched in Chicago’s suburbs.
Sales are now underway for the final building at Amberley Woods in Lake Forest. Eighteen different 2- and 3-bedroom floor plans are available at prices beginning in the high $290s and ranging to nearly $1M. Units feature high-end finishes, 10-foot ceilings and prices include 2 heated garage spaces.
My video visit, above, was at an earlier building and during a busy food drive. Coldwell Banker’s Michele Wilson and Mary Pat Lundgren showed me around a 2-bedroom, 2-bath plus den unit in the earlier video, and they have the listings on the new building.
Amberley Woods is just south of Rte 60 and just east of I-94.
