The Americana Towers condo building, 1636 N Wells St has a great location in the Old Town Triangle. Treasure Island is across the street, the park is a short hop, bus service and the Brown Line are nearby and the building has a “Walker’s Paradise” Walk Score of 94.

Its simple design and navigation scheme make it easy to find every single piece of information that a prospective buyer would want to know about the building: amenities, floor plans, neighborhood info, links and images, fees and charges, FAQs, owner-occupancy percentage (59%), management contact info, copies of building documents and forms, a broker’s crib sheet, financial info and more.
