Crain’s is reporting that AMLI Residential Partners plans to build a 49-story rental tower on leased land at the southeast corner of Clark and Hubbard in River North.
The proposed building would include 427 apartments and ground-level retail space. According to the Crain’s article, AMLI 900 in the South Loop is fully leased.
In a separate development Fox & Obel has reportedly leased space on Kinzie St for one of its upscale food marts.
