A host of urban planner wannabes are passionately bashing AMLI Residential‘s proposal for a two-tower 398-unit apartment complex on the southwest corner of Clark and Polk in the South Loop. Passion and attitude, they’re confident, trump whatever an experienced developer and architect might know about the site and the market.
