Joe Zekas visited Optima Old Orchard Woods in Skokie on a near-perfect sunny afternoon last week and met his tour guide for the day, Tara Hovey. Tara is the daughter of architect / developer David Hovey and also a sales associate at the community. In the first part of their tour through Optima, Tara gave Joe an overview of the community, its location, and the types and prices of homes that are available.
