The typical real estate agent services a fairly narrow, generally geographic niche market. That narrow focus doesn’t work for REO specialists, whose client lenders need representation in many local communities. Like many top-tier REO specialists, Coldwell Banker‘s Frank DeNovi and his REO support team concentrates on the five-county suburban area within a 25- to 30-mile radius of his base in Arlington Heights. Frank talked about the challenges of covering such a wide collection of villages during a recent sit-down interview with Joe Zekas.
