An update on Ravenswood Terrace apartments

by Joe Zekas on 4/2/14

The new Sears Auto Center and LA Fitness on Lawrence Ave are already open. The new Mariano’s was running a well-attended job fair at the time of my visit on Monday and is slated to open next Tuesday. Work was continuing on the new Metra station on Lawrence Ave.

The final piece of the Ravenswood Station development is Ravenswood Terrace, 150 new apartments.

Ravenswood Terrace has models open for viewing and its website has floor plans and pricing information. Studios rent from $1,200 a month, one-bedrooms from $1,400 and two-bedroom, two-baths from $2,115.

Apartments will be available for occupancy beginning on May 1st.
