Realtor John Hohmann calls it an “excellent opportunity to improve truly vintage home.” That probably translates to “fixer-upper,” which would explain some of his questionable choices in photographs. (Look, you can almost make out the home in the picture below!)
As for Brando, I’m guessing that’s one of the “unique sculptor owner features” Hohmann mentions his listing. “Must see to appreciate” — no kidding, John.
