For the third time in five years, the Chicagoland Apartment Association presented a Marketing and Management Excellence (CAMME) award for overall excellence to a Lakeshore East high-rise.
Aqua, 225 N Columbus Dr, received the 2010 Property Excellence Award, following The Tides, which won last year, and The Shoreham, which won in 2006.
Aqua also won this year’s Community Amenities Package Award for its Shore Club, which comprises both the tower’s 80,000 landscaped sundeck and its 35,000 square-foot amenity floor.
Starting prices for Aqua’s apartments are $1,474 for studios, $1,626 for convertibles, $1,960 for one-bedrooms, and $2,900 for two-bedrooms.
