Assembling the South Loop’s newest condos

by sponsored post on 8/20/14

The site of 1345 Wabash, the first new condo development built in the South Loop in years, is currently a busy staging area for skilled trades shaping and assembling a bewildering variety of forms and materials.

The end result of all the activity will be a sleek building that makes a distinctive statement in the neighborhood, and betrays no trace of the complexity of its construction.

CMK Realty’s Scott Hoskins reports that sales have been brisk. “The buyers have been owner-occupants who have been excited about 1345′s outstanding location, design and finishes, our exceptional pricing, and the opportunity for near-term occupancy.”

1345 Wabash has one- and two-bedroom condominiums priced from the $220s. A sales and design center is open at 1620 S Michigan Ave.
