If I was looking to buy a new-construction property and I came upon a street (if looking at houses) or area (if looking at mid or highrise condos) where there was an aesthetically attractive structure and one that was most certainly not - assuming the construction otherwise was of comparable quality -  would I rather purchase the attractive one and have to look at the ugly one everyday or vice-versa?</description>
